the Feldenkrais Method® works with the nervous
system to increase ease of motion, flexibility,
balance and coordination.
I will guide you through a series of lessons
(standing, sitting, lying down…) designed
to help you become more aware of habitual
patterns and rigidities, ultimately expanding
options for new ways of moving. Old hitches,
holding patterns, pain and trouble spots
will fade away as you become more aware
and available to new options.
