Christmas Light Ride

Several brave SBTC members went out on a chilly winter evening
to initiate the club's first Christmas Light Ride.

Starting from Hale's Ale Brewery in Ballard they take the Burke
Gilman Trail to the University District and Candy Cane Lane.

From there they go west around Green Lake, looking at lights
as they go, to Olympic Manor in North Ballard.

Both Candy Cane Lane and Olympic Manor are famous for light
displays but many others along the way had nice displays as well.

From Olympic Manor the ride went south along Puget Sound
to the Ballard Locks to look at the boats.

Then it was back to the Hale's Ale Brewery for some warm nourishment
as well as a fine drink before calling it a night.
