South Lake Washington Ride

This is a great time of the year to get out and visit with friends
and cool temperatures and sunshine make for wonderful cycling weather.

Today's ride is a Seattle Classic, the South Lake Washingon Loop,
Gasworks Park to Seward Park to Coulon Park and across Mercer Island.

The route passes the famous Roanoke Tavern on Mercer Island,
noted in earlier years for easy liquor, gambling and friendly women.

Everyone makes a quick stop for pictures after crossing the I-90 floating
bridge and then it's back to Gasworks via Seattle's Arboretum Park.
