Kubota Gardens - International District

In our pursuit to visit varies Seattle neighborhoods, members decide
to bike to Kubota Gardens and the International District via Beacon Hill.

Kubota Gardens sits south of Seward Park in the Rainier Valley,
hidden from all but the most knowledgeable.

At the gardens members socialize and snack on treats
they brought with them while lazing in the warm sun.

Afterwards everyone picks up the new Chief Sealth Trail going north
to the International District and more adventure.

From downtown it is an easy hop via the Seattle Downtown Bike Trail
around the bottom of Magnolia Hill back to the start.

After the Ship Canal Bike Trail, riders got a chance
to see the new J.P. Patches statue in Downtown Fremont.
